What should my 5K goal be? - what bmi for 5k
After two weeks of the season I, 20.12. Then, after 1 weeks, which is now 19:50. I've been XC has never and does not have any running during the summer, so I think it is quite likely that there is much room for improvement. My BMI is 10.5%. How fast I think I can bear it?
